B) Warehouse For storage of goods to be recycled to the needy at low cost.

 
C) Homes to be used family children shelter of low income family struggling to relocate.

 
D) Commercial :Inner City such as Goodwill  Thrifty store selling of the donation to cover cost and creating jobs managed by Champion.

 
E) Land = depends of location and opportunity in the use.

 
F) Abandon damaged or deteriorated will be enhanced by Champion Fund Nation CORP. to educate students to beautifying the environment.
